Privacy Policy — Learn Drawing Step by Step

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Introduction

Appvantara (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile application Learn Drawing Step by Step (Android package name: com.draweasy.howto). This page explains what information is collected when you use the app, how we use it, and your choices.

By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

Information we collect

1. Information stored on your device (local storage)

The app saves some data only on your phone or tablet using local storage. This is not a user account and is not used to identify you by name or email. It may include:

Learning progress — completed lessons, favorites, and premium unlocks tied to lessons you finished or unlocked with ads.

Preferences — theme or background color and display options (for example, grid on the drawing screen).

Catalog cache — downloaded category and lesson lists so the app can work offline or load faster.

App identifiers — a random device ID created in the app (for example, dev_…) used to link drawing requests and “your request is ready” notifications to your device.

Usage limits — how many drawing requests you sent today (to enforce the daily limit).

Rate-us prompts — whether we already asked you to rate the app, so we do not ask repeatedly.

Ad timing — timestamps used to respect a minimum time between certain ads.

You can remove most of this by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

2. Information you send to us

When you use Request a drawing, you may send the text of your request (what you want drawn) and your device ID (see above).

We store this on our servers (WordPress at appvantara.store) so we can review requests, create content, and notify you when a requested drawing is published. Requests are limited to 3 per day per device.

We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email, or phone number to use the app.

3. Information collected automatically when you use the app

When the app loads lessons, categories, ads settings, or sends requests, your device communicates with our servers. Standard connection data may be logged by our hosting provider (for example, IP address, date and time, and requested URL) for security and operation.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app may show ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and use data such as advertising ID, device information, and interaction with ads to show and measure ads, in line with Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google’s ads policies (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).

You can limit ad personalization on Android via Settings, then Google, then Ads (or your device manufacturer’s equivalent).

Ad unit configuration may be loaded from our server. The AdMob application ID is set in the app build.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide step-by-step drawing lessons and categories.

We use it to remember your progress, favorites, and preferences.

We use it to process and fulfill drawing requests and send in-app notices when content is ready.

We use it to enforce fair-use limits (such as daily request limits).

We use it to show ads and apply ad frequency rules.

We use it to improve stability and content on appvantara.store.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing with third parties

We may share data only as needed to run the app.

Google (AdMob) receives data for advertising and ad measurement.

Hosting and infrastructure for appvantara.store stores API content, settings, and drawing requests.

We do not share your drawing request text for unrelated marketing. Service providers are expected to protect data and use it only to provide their services to us.

Data retention

On your device: until you clear app data or uninstall.

Drawing requests on our server: kept as long as needed to fulfill the request and operate the service. We may delete or anonymize old draft and request records when they are no longer needed.

Server logs: retained for a limited period per our host’s practices.

Children’s privacy

Learn Drawing Step by Step is designed for learning to draw and may be used by children with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described above (local progress, optional request text, and a device ID). If you believe a child has provided personal information through a request in a way you want removed, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete associated server-side request data where we can identify it.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because the app does not use accounts, much of your data exists only on your device — clear app storage or uninstall to remove it. For data tied to drawing requests on our servers, contact us with your request details and device ID if possible so we can help.

International users

Our servers and appvantara.store may be located in regions where our hosting provider operates. By using the app, you understand that data may be processed in those regions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
